Kue Bihun Manis Pelangi



Bahan:

  • 125 gr bihun jagung kering
  • 2 sdm tepung maezena
  • 10 sdm gula pasir
  • 150 ml santan kental
  • 50 ml air daun suji/pewarna hijau
  • 50 ml air bit/pewarna merah
  • 100 gr kelapa parut
  • Sedikit garam
  • Minyak untuk olesan


Cara membuat:

  1. Seduh bihun dengan air panas, tiriskan.
  2. Campur jadi satu, tepung maezena, gula, garam, dan santan, aduk rata, masukkan bihun yang sudah diseduh.
  3. Bagi dua adonan bihun, masing-masing diberi warna hijau dan merah.
  4. Masukan adonan bihun ke dalam cetakan mangkok-mangkok kecil/loyang kue lumpur yang sudah diolesi minyak, kira-kira 10 buah, kukus hingga matang selama 20 menit, angkat, keluarkan dari cetakan.
  5. Hidangkan selagi hangat dengan taburan kelapa parut
