Sosis Gurita Lucu

BAHAN:

• 16 buah sosis mini
• 100 gr pancake mix instan
• 50 gr milk
• 40 gr saus tomat
• Minyak untuk menggoreng

Hiasan :

• Mayones
• Irisan keju
• Rumput laut

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Potong celahan sedalam setengah dari sosis, di bagian bawahnya, untuk membuat 6 kaki.
2. Campurkan pancake mix instan, susu, dan saus tomat dan aduk sampai halus.
3. Celup bagian sosis yang tidak terpotong ke dalam campuran dan lapisi dengan adonan pancake.
4. Goreng di dalam minyak panas sampai cokelat keemasan.
5. Hias dengan keju dan rumput laut, menggunakan mayones sebagai lem agar mereka tidak lari.
