Resep Mudah Sate Usus



Bahan-bahan

  • 300 gr usus ayam
Bahan rebusan usus:
  • 1 batang serai geprek
  • 1 ruas jahe geprek
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk (saya ganti daun salam)
Bumbu halus:
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • Secukupnya cabe rawit (me:skip)
  • 4 butir kemiri sangrai
  • 1 ruas jari kunyit bakar
  • 1 sdt ketumbar bakar
Bumbu pelengkap:
  • 2 batang serai geprek
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • Secukupnya kecap manis
  • Secukupnya garam
  • Secukupnya kaldu bubuk
  • Secukupnya merica bubuk
  • Secukupnya air
  • Secukupnya minyak goreng

Langkah
  1. Cuci bersih usus lali rebus dengan bahan rebusan sampai mendidih matikan api, tiriskan
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan tambahkan semua bumbu pelengkap.
  3. Kemudian masukkan usus dan masak hingga air menyusut dan bumbu meresap. Koreksi rasa, angkat lalu dinginkan.
  4. Ambil tusuk sate, tusuk usus sampai habis.
  5. Panggang usus ayam sampai ada tekstur bakarannya lalu angkat.
  6. Meskipun nggak dibakar udah enak kook
