Resep Kulit Ayam Krispi Super Kriuk



Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr kulit ayam
  • 200 gr tepung bumbu serba guna
  • 50 gr tepung terigu
  • 50 gr tepung beras
  • 1 butir telur
  • 3 sdm cuka makan (bisa diganti jeruk nipis)
  • minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara membuat:


  1. Tuang cuka ke kulit ayam, aduk rata agar lemak dan minyaknya hilang. Cuci bersih kulit ayam dan potong-potong.
  2. Kocok telur, beri 1/4 sdt garam, tuang ke kulit ayam. 
  3. Campur tepung bumbu dan tepung terigu. Gulung kulit ayam di tepung terigu hingga tertutupi seluruhnya.
  4. Goreng hingga kecokelatan dan kulit krispi.
  5. Siap deh, kulit ayam goreng krispi siap dinikmati sebagai camilan atau lauk makan.
