Resep Udang Gulung Krispi


Bahan-bahan

  • 250 Gram Udang Segar (Giling/cincang hingga halus)
  • 100 Milliliter Minyak Goreng
  • 100 Gram Wortel (Diparut)
  • 15 Lembar Kulit Pangsit
  • 15 Lembar Daging Asap
  • 2 Butir Telur
  • 2 Sendok Makan Tepung Kanji
  • 1 Sendok Teh Garam (Secukupnya)
  • 1 Sendok Teh Lada Bubuk
  • 1Sendok Makan Minyak Wijen


Langkah-Langkah

  1. Campurkan udang yang telah digiling dengan minyak wijen, wortel, tepung kanji, garam, lada dan 1 putih telur. Aduk rata sambil banting-banting adonan.
  2. Ambil adonan sedikit demi sedikit ke atas daging asap lalu gulung.
  3. Oleskan kulit pangsit dengan putih telur. Rekatkan dengan gulungan daging asap.
  4. Goreng dengan minyak panas, tunggu hingga kering dan matang.
