Kolak pisang ubi Spesial Ramadhan

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gram pisang raja, potong
  • 250 gram ubi, kupas potong kotak
  • 50 gram gula merah
  • 30 gram gula pasir
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 600 ml air
  • 200 ml santan kental
  • 1 lembar daun pandan, ikat simpul

Cara membuat:


  1. Rebus air hingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan ubi. Masak hingga tekstur ubi sedikit empuk.
  2. Masukan gula merah, gula pasir, garam, dan pandan.
  3. Setelah gula mencair, masukan pisang ke dalam panci.
  4. Aduk beberapa saat hingga pisang melunak.
  5. Terakhir, tuang santan dan masak hingga mendidih.
  6. Kolak pisang ubi siap disajikan.
