Resep Kaki Kodok Kecap Pedas Manis
Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr kaki kodok, cuci bersih
- 1 sdt garam
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 cm kunyit
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- air secukupnya
Bumbu kecap:
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 5 buah cabai rawit, potong-potong
- 2 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya dan iris tipis
- 1 cm jahe, memarkan atau iris korek api
- 2 biji asam jawa, rendam dengan 3 sdm air panas
- garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Haluskan bumbu bawang putih, kunyit, ketumbar dan garam. Ungkep kodok hingga matang, kurang lebih 30 menit.
- Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan cabai dan jahe. Tumis hingga harum. Masukkan kodok, aduk rata.
- Tuang kecap manis, asam jawa, garam secukupnya dan sedikit air. Masak hingga kuah berkurang dan katak berubah kecokelatan.
