Resep Mudah Swikee Ayam

Resep Mudah Swikee Ayam 

Bahan-bahan

• 1 ekor Ayam (aku pake pejantan) potong2,bersihkan
• 3 cm Jahe keprak
• 4 butir Telur ayam rebus,kupas
• 3 siung Bawang Putih haluskan
• 3-4 sdm Tauco kualitas bagus
• 1/2 sdt merica butir haluskan
• Kecap Manis,Kaldu bubuk,garam gula 

TABURAN :

• Bawang putih goreng
• Seledri Cincang
• Jeruk nipis,Sambal mentah,krupuk untuk pelengkap,

Langkah

1. Panaskan minyak,masukkan jahe keprak disusul bawang putih..tumis sampe kecoklatan harum
2. Masukkan tauco,aduk2 sebentar aja,lalu masukkan ayam tumis ya..sampe berubah warna
3. Kalo uda memutih ayamnya,kasi air kurleb 1500ml,beri kecap manis,kaldu bubuk,merica halus,gula pasir sekalian sesuai selera (aku suka manis jadi banyakkin kecapnya )
4. Kalo uda setengah jalan,masukkan telur rebus,lanjutkan ungkep sampe meresep (aku tutup panci ayamnya,diemin aja sampe meresep kadang aku tambahkan air lagi)
5. Kalo ayam dah lembut,kuah mengental,lasttt TEST rasa sekali lagi! 
6. Angkatt,taburi bawang putih goreng+seledri cincang+kasi peresan jeruk nipiss.
7. Nikmat disantap anget2 dengan Nasi hangat+sambal mentah+krupuk :D 
8. Jangan lupa taburi bawang goreng,sledri+peresan jerukk >.<
9. Dimasak dengan api kecil,aku kasi tutup wajannya,.kuahnya jad lezatt,KENTAL! Persiss ky swikee2 purwodadi di resto2 langgananku..cihuuiiii beneran loh..
