Resep Spesial Ramadhan Kolak Durian
Bahan-bahan - 4 bj Durian Montong
- 1 gls Ketan Putih
- 2 bj Gula Merah Jawa
- 2 bks Santan Kara
- 650 ml Air Putih
- Secukupnya Gula Putih,Garam
- 1 lbr Daun Pandan
Langkah
- Masuk'kan ketan putih yang sdh dicuci bersih,masuk'kan air sekira nya masak seperti bubur,jangan lupa kasih gula putih dan garam secukup nya.
- Siapkan tempat untuk merebus santan kara (kental) yang sudah dicampur dengan air 650ml,masukkan gula merah.Biarkan sampe mendidih.
- Catatan : api tidak boleh terlalu besar,agar santan tidak pecah.
- Setelah mendidih,masukkan daun pandan serta durian kedalam nya.
- Terus masukkan gula putih dan garam secukupnya, setelah dirasa cukup matang durian nya..matikan api.
- Siapkan mangkuk kecil,campur ketan putih beserta kolak durian.
- Kolak durian khas Palembang,siap untuk di nikmati.
