Kwetiaw Kuah With Pakcoy
Bahan Bahan
- 100 gr baby pokcoy
- 250 gr kwetiau basah, rendam dalam air panas hingga helaiannya terlepas
Kuah :
- 100 gr tetelan sapi, potong dadu 1/2 cm
- 2 kelopak kecil pekak
- 2 cm kayu manis
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
Bumbu halus :
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 1 siung bawang putih
- 1 cm lengkuas
Pelengkap :
- 1 btg daun bawang, iris tipis
Cara Memasak
Langkah 1
Rebus tetelan sapi dalam 1 ltr air. Tambahkan bumbu halus, pekak, kayu manis, Masako Rasa Sapi, garam, dan merica. Masak hingga daging empuk dan matang.
Langkah 2
Siapkan baby pokcoy dan kwetiau dalam mangkuk saji. Siram dengan kuah. Sajikan.
