Otak otak Ikan Bakar
Bahan-bahan
- 300 gram Ikan Fillet
- 150 gram Tepung Sagu
- 1 butir Telur Ayam
- 150 ml Santan
- 1 batang Daun Bawang
- secukupnya Daun Pisang
- 1 sendok teh Ketumbar
- 3 siung Bawang Merah
- 1 sendok teh Lada (Merica)
- 1/2 sendok teh Kaldu Ayam
- 1 sendok teh Garam
- 1 sendok makan Gula Pasir
Langkah
- Blender jadi satu semua bahan sampai halus kecuali daun bawang dan tepung sagu
- Taruh diwadah dan tambahkan daun bawang dan tepung sagu. Adonan hasilnya tidak encer dan tidak padat jd seperti adonan bakwan jagung atau adonan siomay.
- Ambil selembar daun pisang yg sudah dipotong besarnya. Taruh 1 sdm adonan, gulung daun pisang, sematkan tusuk gigi atau boleh juga menggunakan stapler.
- Bakar diatas panggangan atau bisa menggunakan teflon yah. Bakar sampai daun pisangnya kering.
