Resep Daging Empal Sederhana
Bahan-bahan

  • ½ kg daging sapi segar
  • 500 ml santan kelapa segar
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • 1 sdt asam jawa
  • 8 siung bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 2 sdt ketumbar
  • 2 cm lengkuas
  • 2 sdt gula merah
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 batang serai
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya


Cara Membuat

  1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, lengkuas, gula merah, garam, dan serai.
  2. Rebus ½ kg daging sapi dalam air secukupnya. Masak hingga daging empuk. Gunakan api kecil.
  3. Angkat daging sapi, gebuk dengan benda tumpul atau kerat-kerat bagian daging.
  4. Didihkan santan kelapa. Masukkan bahan yang dihaluskan, daun salam, dan air asam jawa. Terus aduk hingga santan menyatu (tidak pecah).
  5. Masukkan daging dan masak hingga mengental.
  6. Angkat daging dan goreng dengan minyak panas.
  7. Angkat dan sajikan.
