Resep Steamboat Yakiniku Lezat
Bahan-bahan
Bahan kuah:
- 2,5 liter kaldu ayam (secukupnya)
- secukupnya Kecap asin
- sedikit minyak wijen
- secukupnya garam,gula, merica
- 1 bonggol bawang putih, cincang, goreng
isian steamboat (sesuai selera) :
- 200 gr udang
- 250 gr cumi-cumi
- 500 gr bakso seafood kemasan
- 150 gr fillet ayam
- 1 bks jamur Enoki, potong akarnya
- 150 gr pokcoy, potong-potong
- 150 gr sawi putih, potong-potong
- 100 gr jagung muda, iris
- 1 buah wortel iris tipis
Bahan sambal:
- secukupnya Kecap asin
- 10 buah cabe rawit
- 4 buah cabe merah keriting
- 1 sdm bawang putih cincang goreng
- 1/2 sdt minyak wijen
- 1 sdt air jeruk lemon/nipis
Langkah
- Siapkan Bahan.Bahan Kaldu ayam (untuk bnyk bahan sesuaikan sendiri yaa): Didihkan secukupnya air masukkan tulang n ceker ayam, biarkan mendidih sebentar utk mengangkat kotorannya. Buang airnya. Didihkan lg air yg baru (secukupnya yaa) masukkan tulang n ceker ayam, bawang bombay potong dua, 1buah wortel potong dua, bawang putih geprek, daun bawang. Gunakan api kecil-sedang. Masak sekitar stngh sampai satu jam. Saring, Kaldu siap digunakan.
- Kuah steamboat/shabu-shabu: Didihkan air kaldu beri kecap asin, sedikit minyak wijen, gula,garam, merica. Masukkan ayam fillet, cumi, udang, aneka bakso. Untuk sayuran jgn overcooked yaa. Tabur bawang putih cincang yg digoreng.
- Sambal (aduk rata): Secukupnya Kecap asin, sedikit minyak wijen, cabe merah n rawit iris, sedikit perasan air jeruk lemon/nipis, bawang putih goreng yg dicincang halus
