Resep Sate Usus Ayam Bumbu Bali

Bahan:


  • 500 gram usus ayam, cuci bersih lalu rebus
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 sdm gula
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1/4 gelas air
  • 2 sdm minyak goreng
  • 2 sdm kecap manis


Bumbu halus:


  • 3 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 cabai merah
  • 10 cabai rawit


Cara Memasak:


  1. Panaskan minyak goreng terlebih dahulu. Tumis bumbu halus dan daun jeruk hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan usus ayam dan aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan air dan masak sampai air menyusut setengahnya.
  4. Tambahkan gula, garam, merica, dan kecap manis.
  5. Aduk rata dan masak sampai menyusut.
  6. Koreksi rasa, jika sudah pas angkat dan usus siap disajikan.
  7. Bisa ditusuk dengan tusuk sate atau langsung disajikan.
