Resep Sup Jamur Enoki Campur
Bahan-bahan

  • 300 gr ceker ayam (bersihkan)
  • 1,5 ltr air /secukupnya
  • 200 gr jamur enoki (buang akar & cuci bersih)
  • 15 btr baso ayam
  • 15 btr telur puyuh rebus (kupas)
  • 1 btng seledri (iris2)
  • 1 btng prei / daun bawang (iris2)
  • 2 sdm bawang merah+putih goreng
  • 3 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
  • 4 sdm minyak goreng / secukupnya

Bumbu2 (takar sesuai selera):

  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/4 sdt gula pasir

Langkah

  1. Campur ceker+air, rebus sampai matang. **saya pakai ceker+tulang ayam bekas fillet, ceker cuma sebagai kaldu, bisa ganti ayam/daging/sesuai selera.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih sampai kecoklatan.
  3. Masukan tumisan bawang putih kedalam rebusan, tambahkan bumbu2+baso+telur puyuh+jamur enoki, masak sebentar saja sampai mendidih sekitar 3-5 menit lalu angkat.
  4. Beri taburan seledri+prei+bawang goreng
