Resep Iwel Iwel Kue Tradisional 

Bahan-bahan

  • 250 gram tepung beras
  • 200 gram kelapa muda
  • Gula merah sisir secukupnya
  • Daun pandan, simpulkan
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Vanili bubuk secukupnya
  • Daun pisang secukupnya, untuk membungkus
  • Lidi secukupnya, untuk menyemat


Cara membuat

  1. Campur tepung beras, kelapa muda, garam dan vanili dicampur jadi satu. Aduk rata
  2. Ambil selembar daun pisang, alasi dengan daun pandan. Ambil 2 sdm adonan beri 1 sdt gula merah sisir. Bungkus bentuk tum lalu semat dengan lidi. Lakukan hal yang sama hingga adonan habis
  3. Kukus ke dalam panci pengukus selama 45 menit hingga matang. Angkat
  4. Hidangkan selagi hangat
