TAKJIL KOLAK LABU KUNING

Kolak Labu Kuning Sajian Buka Puasa

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 gram Labu Kuning. cuci bersih bagian kulitnya (jangan dibuang) sebelum dipotong-potong  
  • 1/4 kg Gula Merah, iris/sisir tipis agar mudah larut.  
  • 2 lembar Daun Pandan  
  • Garam secukupnya (penyedap)
  • 500 ml santan
  • 500 ml air  

Cara Membuat

  1. Potong-potong labu kuning bersama kulitnya sesuai selera, buang bijinya.
  2. Rebus air, daun pandan, gula merah dan garam sampai mendidih sampai gula merah larut.
  3. Masukkan labu kuning, masak sampai mendidih, tambahkan santan, masak sambil diaduk agar santan tidak pecah sampai labu kuning matang. angkat.
