Bubur Candil Legit Banget Untuk Buka Puasa
Bahan candil:

  • 300 gr tepung ketan
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 240 ml air hangat
  • 900 ml air
  • 250 gr gula merah, sisir
  • 3 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 3 sdm tepung sagu, larutkan dengan 3 sdm air

Bahan saus:

  • 300 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 1 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan

Cara membuatnya:


  1. Untuk candil, campur tepung ketan dan garam. Aduk rata. Tuang air hangat sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk sampai menggumpal. Bentuk bulat-bulat kecil.
  2. Rebus air, gula merah, daun pandan, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Saring.
  3. Masukkan bola-bola candil, masak sampai terapung. Kentalkan dengan tepung sagu. Aduk hingga meletup.
  4. Untuk sausnya, rebus semua bahan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  5. Sajikan bubur candil bersama saus santan.
