Bahan candil:
- 300 gr tepung ketan
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 240 ml air hangat
- 900 ml air
- 250 gr gula merah, sisir
- 3 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 3 sdm tepung sagu, larutkan dengan 3 sdm air
Bahan saus:
- 300 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
- 1/4 sdt garam
- 1 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
Cara membuatnya:
- Untuk candil, campur tepung ketan dan garam. Aduk rata. Tuang air hangat sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk sampai menggumpal. Bentuk bulat-bulat kecil.
- Rebus air, gula merah, daun pandan, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Saring.
- Masukkan bola-bola candil, masak sampai terapung. Kentalkan dengan tepung sagu. Aduk hingga meletup.
- Untuk sausnya, rebus semua bahan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
- Sajikan bubur candil bersama saus santan.
