Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr jambu biji merah, buang bijinya, potong-potong
- 100 gr gula pasir
- 500 ml air
- 2 ruas kayu manis
- 3 butir cengkeh
Cara membuatnya:
- Didhkan air, gula pasir, kayu manis, cengkeh, di atas api kecil. Kemudian masukkan jambu biji. Masak hingga empuk dan nggak terlalu matang.
- Setup jambu biji ini bisa disajikan hangat atau dingin sesuai selera, ya!
