Takjil Kolak Ubi Pisang Sajian Bulan Ramadhan
Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr pisang kepok/tanduk
  • 400 gr gula merah
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • 200 gr ubi jalar, potong dadu
  • 100 gr kolang kaling
  • 2 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
  • 800 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1500 ml air

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Rebus ubi terlebih dahulu dalam air mendidih sampai setengah matang. Masukkan gula merah, gula pasir, dan daun pandan.
  2. Masukkan pisang dan kolang-kaling, masak sampai pisang matang dan kolang-kaling empuk.
  3. Terakhir masukkan santan dan garam, masak sambil terus diaduk kurang lebih 15 menit. Angkat dan sajikan.
