Es Krim Buah Buahan Homemade
Bahan-bahan :

• 1 bh mangga yang matang, kupas dan potong kecil
• 150 ml jus buah nanas
• 500 ml jus jeruk
• 100 grm buah strawberry
• 100 ml jus jambu
• 50 grm gula pasir
• 100 grm buah leci

Cara membuat es krim buah :

1. Setelah semua bahan-bahan siap, masukan semua potongan buah-buahan kedalam blender, kemudian haluskan dengan blender hingga benar-benar halus.
2. Siapkan wadah atau cetakan es krim kemudian masukan buah-buahan yang telah dihaluskan tadi kedalam cetakan secara perlahan dan merata.
3. Masukan cetakan yang sudah terisi kedalam freezer, tunggu hingga membeku. Keluarkan
4. Es krim rasa buah-buahan siap untuk disajikan
