Es Krim Buah Mangga Favorit Anak Anak
Bahan-bahan:

• 150 gram whipped cream
• 2 buah mangga harumanis ukuran besar
• 1 buah mangga harumanis, potong dadu
• 200 ml air es
• 100 ml susu kental manis

Cara membuat:

1. Kupas 2 mangga, ambil daging mangganya dan blender tanpa air sampai halus. Tambahkan SKM aduk rata, sisihkan.
2. Kocok dengan mixer whiiping cream dan tambahkan air es sampai mengental, campur pure manggo tadi kedalam whipping cream kocok dengan mixer sampai rata, masukkan freezer 2-3 jam.
3. Keluarkan dari freezer dan kocok kembali sampai rata dan tambahkan potongan manga, masukkan freezer lagi tunggu sampai benar-benar beku.
