Bahan-bahan
- 1/4 kg nangka muda
- 200 g daging tetelan
- 550 ml santan
- 1 lembar daun kunyit
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 batang sereh geprek
- 8 siung bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 1 ruas nari jahe
- 1 ruas jari kunyit
- 2 buah kemiri
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 10 buah cabai merah kriting
- secukupnya gula,garam,kaldu bubuk
Langkah
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang benar yah,masukan daun kunyit,salam,sereh,daun jeruk tumis hingga keluar bau harum
- Masukan tetelan daging sapi,aduk hingga berubah warna,masukan mnangka,masak hingga nangka agak layu
- Tuang santan kelapa,aduk2 biar rata..bumbui gula,garam,kaldu bubuk,masak dgn api kecil hingga nangka benar2 empuk dan kuah menyusut,jika terlalu kental bs di tambah air panas,jikaa nangka sdh empuk dan air menyusut angkat dan sajikan .
