Bahan dasar :
- Mie ramen 200 gr (sudah matang)
Bahan untuk kuah ramen :
- 600 ml kaldu ayam
- 100 gr daging sukiyaki
- 5 bh cabe rawit merah (haluskan)
- 2 bh cabe merah besar (haluskan)
- 2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
- 1 sdm minyak goreng
- 1 sdm minyak wijen
- 1 sdm minyak ikan
- 1 sdm saus sambal
- 1 sdm kecap asin
- 3 btg sawi hijau (potong kecil)
- 1 cm jahe (haluskan)
- ½ sdt merica bubuk
- ½ sdy cabe merah bubuk
- 1 sdt tepung maizena (larutkan dalam air secukupnya)
- Garam, secukupnya
Bahan untuk pelengkap :
- Jamur
- Telur rebus
- Bawang perai (iris halus)
Proses memasak :
- Panaskan minyak wijen dan minyak goreng lalu tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi.
- Tambahkan daging sukiyakin kedalam tumisan, aduk hingga warna berubah.
- Lalu tuangkan kaldu ayam dan masukan bahan yang tersisa.
- Masukan juga larutan tepung meizena kedalamnya, diamkan hingga mendidih.
- Terakhir masukan mie kedalam kuah ramen, aduk merata. Angkat.
- Tuangkan mie ramen dengan kuah kedalam mangkuk saji.
- Kini mie ramen siap dinikmati.
