Bahan-bahan
- 80 pcs
- 1 kg tepung terigu payung biru
- 200 gr gula pasir
- 100 gr margarin
- sejumput garam
- 2 sachet panili
- secukupnya air
- minyak untuk menggoreng
- secukupnya pisang raja nangka/kepok pipit/magelang potong serong
Langkah
- Campur terigu, gula pasir, garam, panili dan margarin sampai rata
- Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit, sampai adonan kalis dan terasa ringan
- Ambil sedikit adonan, giling menggunakan alat pembuat molen dari angka 1-6
- Ambil pisang yang dipotong serong lalu lilitkan dengan adonan kulit
- Goreng molen dalam minyak dingin lalu besarkan api sampai semuanya matang, menjelang kuning keemasan kecilkan api.
