Bahan-bahan
- 300 gr usus ayam
- 1 batang serai geprek
- 1 ruas jahe geprek
- 5 lembar daun jeruk (saya ganti daun salam)
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 5 siung bawang merah
- Secukupnya cabe rawit (me:skip)
- 4 butir kemiri sangrai
- 1 ruas jari kunyit bakar
- 1 sdt ketumbar bakar
- 2 batang serai geprek
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 1 sdm gula merah
- Secukupnya kecap manis
- Secukupnya garam
- Secukupnya kaldu bubuk
- Secukupnya merica bubuk
- Secukupnya air
- Secukupnya minyak goreng
Langkah
- Cuci bersih usus lali rebus dengan bahan rebusan sampai mendidih matikan api, tiriskan
- Panaskan minyak goreng tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan tambahkan semua bumbu pelengkap.
- Kemudian masukkan usus dan masak hingga air menyusut dan bumbu meresap. Koreksi rasa, angkat lalu dinginkan.
- Ambil tusuk sate, tusuk usus sampai habis.
- Panggang usus ayam sampai ada tekstur bakarannya lalu angkat.
- Meskipun nggak dibakar udah enak kook
