Resep Mudah Kue Kering Semprit Sagu



Bahan:

  • 100 gram gula halus
  • 75 gram Maizena atau tepung jagung
  • 50 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram sagu
  • 250 gram mentega
  • 2 buah kuning telur
  • manisan buah (sukade) atau selai strawberry untuk hiasan

Cara Membuat :

  • Campurkan bahan kering, aduk rata lalu ayak. Sisihkan
  • Cairkan mentega, dinginkan mentega cair lalu masukan ke dalam adonan tepung. Aduk rata.
  • Tambahkan kuning telur, aduk rata hingga tercampur rata dengan tangan.
  • Masukan adonan ke dalam cetakan spuit (boleh spuit plastik atau spuit besi). Langsung habiskan adonan untuk dicetak.
  • Panggang pada oven yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 180 derajar celcius selama 15-20 menit
