Bahan-bahan:
- 300 gr jamur tiram, potong-potong
- 300 gr jamur kancing, potong-potong
- 100 gr jamur kuping, potong-potong
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 3 siung bawang merah, cincang
- 1 buah bawang bombay, potong-potong besar
- 2 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
- 5 buah cabai rawit, potong-potong
- 1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
- 1 lembar daun salam
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm gula jawa
- 1 sdm air asam jawa
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 sdt merica
- garam secukupnya
- air secukupnya
- minyak untuk menumis
Cara memasak:
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan bawang bombay, cabai merah, lengkuas, daun salam, dan cabai rawit. Tambah sedikit garam, tumis hingga layu.
- Masukkan semua jamur, beri sedikit air dan masak hingga agak layu.
- Masukkan kecap manis, merica, air asam jawa, gula jawa dan saus tiram, aduk rata. Cicipi, jika kurang berasa bisa ditambahkan garam dan gula.
- Masak hingga kuah berkurang dan bumbu meresap.
- Tumis jamur pedas manis siap saji dengan nasi hangat. Silahkan mencoba.
