Bahan-bahan
- 1/2 kg usus ayam
- secukupnya Santan
- 2 lembar daun salam,daun jeruk
- Serai
- Laos
- secukupnya Gula,garam
- Bumbu halus:
- 7 bawang merah
- 8 bawang putih
- 5 cabe merah besar
- 20 cabe rawit
- 1 buah tomat merah
- 3 butir kemiri
Langkah
- Bersihkan usus ayam,cuci dan rendam dengan air jeruk nipis selama 5 menit dan potong2. Lalu rebus selama 15 menit sampai empuk
- Ulek bumbu halusnya
- Siapkan wajan,beri sedikit minyak goreng. Lalu tumis bumbu sampai harum,masukan daun salam,daun jeruk,serai dan laos
- Beri sedikit air,lalu masukkan ususnya. Masak sampai mendidih dan tambahkan gula dan garam. Cicipi rasanya,lalu masukkan santannya. Masak sampai empuk dan bumbu merata.
- Siap disajikan
