Bacem Daging
Bahan:
- 600 g daging sengkel, potong tebal 1 cm
- 2 cm jahe, memarkan
- 1 lbr daun salam
- 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
- 1 sdt air asam jawa
- 500 ml air kelapa
- minyak goreng secukupnya, untuk menggoreng
Bumbu Halus:
- 4 bh bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- ¾ sdt ketumbar
- 1¼ sdt garam
- 25 g gula merah, sisir halus
Cara Membuat:
- Rebus daging, jahe, daun salam, lengkuas, air asam jawa, bumbu halus, dan air kelapa di atas api sedang sampai matang dan meresap. Angkat. Dinginkan.
- Goreng daging dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan di atas api sedang sampai kecokelatan. Angkat dan sajikan.
