Bahan-bahan
- 250 Gram Udang Segar (Giling/cincang hingga halus)
- 100 Milliliter Minyak Goreng
- 100 Gram Wortel (Diparut)
- 15 Lembar Kulit Pangsit
- 15 Lembar Daging Asap
- 2 Butir Telur
- 2 Sendok Makan Tepung Kanji
- 1 Sendok Teh Garam (Secukupnya)
- 1 Sendok Teh Lada Bubuk
- 1Sendok Makan Minyak Wijen
Langkah-Langkah
- Campurkan udang yang telah digiling dengan minyak wijen, wortel, tepung kanji, garam, lada dan 1 putih telur. Aduk rata sambil banting-banting adonan.
- Ambil adonan sedikit demi sedikit ke atas daging asap lalu gulung.
- Oleskan kulit pangsit dengan putih telur. Rekatkan dengan gulungan daging asap.
- Goreng dengan minyak panas, tunggu hingga kering dan matang.
