Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr kulit ayam
- 200 gr tepung bumbu serba guna
- 50 gr tepung terigu
- 50 gr tepung beras
- 1 butir telur
- 3 sdm cuka makan (bisa diganti jeruk nipis)
- minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Tuang cuka ke kulit ayam, aduk rata agar lemak dan minyaknya hilang. Cuci bersih kulit ayam dan potong-potong.
- Kocok telur, beri 1/4 sdt garam, tuang ke kulit ayam.
- Campur tepung bumbu dan tepung terigu. Gulung kulit ayam di tepung terigu hingga tertutupi seluruhnya.
- Goreng hingga kecokelatan dan kulit krispi.
- Siap deh, kulit ayam goreng krispi siap dinikmati sebagai camilan atau lauk makan.
