Tumis Jamur Kuping Endes


Bahan-bahan

  • 6 tangkai jamur kuping
  • 100 gram buncis
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 2 siung bawang merah
  • 1/2 buah bawang bombai
  • 1 buah cabe merah besar
  • 3 buah cabe rawit
  • garam
  • penyedap rasa
  • 5 sendok makan saus tiram
  • lada bubuk
  • sedikit air dan minyak goreng untuk menumis

Langkah

  1. Iris jamur kuping, buncis sesuai selera
  2. Iris-iris bawang bombai, cabe merah, cabe rawit, bawang merah geprek iris halus, bawang putih geprek iris halus.
  3. Panaskan sedikit minyak goreng untuk menumis, masukkan semua bumbu yang sudah diiris.
  4. Apabila sudah tercium bau harum masukkan sedikit air, tunggu sampai mendidih, masukkan jamur dan buncis. 
  5. masukkan gula, garam, saus tiram, lada bubuk, koreksi rasa.
  6. Tumis jamur kuping siap disajikan.
