Bahan-bahan:
- Ayam kampung: 1 kg
- Santan encer: 700 ml
- Santan kental: 125 ml
- Minyak goreng: 3 sendok makan
- Kayu manis: 2 cm
- Serai: 2 batang (memarkan)
- Bawang merah: 10 buah
- Cabai merah: 6 buah
- Bawang putih: 2 siung
- Kunyit: 5 cm
- Kemiri: 4 butir
- Jahe: 2 cm
- Jintan: 1 sendok teh
- Ketumbar: 1 sendok makan
- Garam: 1 sendok teh
- Kelapa parut: 1/4 buah
Cara Membuat:
- Panaskan minyak dalam api sedang, tumis semua bumbu halus yang telah siapkan sampai terium aroma harum
- Setelah harum, masukkan potongan daging ayam, aduk hingga bumbu rata
- Kemudian tambahkan garam dan santan encer. Tunggu sampai mendidih sambil aduk sesekali. Masak ayam sampai lunak dan bumbu mulai mengental
- Tambahkan santan kental, masak sampai mendidih dan sesekali di aduk. Angkat
- Kari ayam spesial pun siap dihidangkan
