Resep Puding Mawar



Bahan Agar-Agar Merah Muda:

  • 1/2 bungkus agar-agar tanpa warna
  • 250 ml air
  • 2 sdm sirup sirup frambozen
  • Beberapa tetes pewarna makanan warna pink jika suka

Bahan Agar-Agar Putih:

  • 1/2 bungkus agar-agar tanpa warna
  • 350 ml susu cair
  • 75 gram gula pasir
  • 1/4 sdt vanili bubuk



Cara Membuat:


  1.     Siapkan cetakan bunga mawar bersih yang sudah dilapisi dengan air.
  2.     Rebus bahan agar-agar merah jambu hingga mendidih.
  3.     Tuangkan pada cetakan mawar, biarkan hingga setengah mengeras.
  4.     Rebus bahan agar-agar putih hingga mendidih.
  5.     Tuangkan di atas agar-agar merah muda. Biarkan membeku.
  6.     Jika sudah dingin pada suhu ruangan, masukkan agar-agar di dalam kulkas.
  7.     Keluarkan agar-agar dari cetakan saat akan disajikan.
