Garang Asem Ayam Pedes Mantep


Bahan-bahan

  • 1 ekor ayam kampung muda
  • secukupnya Santan encer
  • 10 btr bawang merah
  • 6 siung bawang putih
  • 5 btg sereh, digeprek
  • 5 lbr daun salam
  • 3 bh tomat hijau
  • secukupnya Belimbing sayur
  • 3 bh cabe keriting merah
  • secukupnya Cabe rawit utuh
  • secukupnya Garam, gula
  • Kaldu bubuk (kalo pake)
  • Daun pisang utk membungkus

Langkah

  1. Bersihkan ayam. Potong kecil2. Beri sedikit garam dan perasan jeruk. Diamkan 10 mnt. Bilas air bersih. Tiriskan
  2. Siapkan bumbu2. Bumbu cukup diiris2 kecuali cabe rawit. Bagi rata bumbu utk setiap bungkusnya
  3. Siapkan daun pisang yg sudah dibersihkan. Letakkan 1 lembar daun pisang, taro plastik kualitas baik diatasnya, tutup lagi dengan 1 lembar daun pisang. Taro daun salam, sereh, ayam, bumbu iris, irisan cabe dan rawit. Beri garam dan gula. Bungkus bentuk tum, tuang santan secukupnya. Semat dg lidi. Lakukan sampai selesai.
  4. Masukkan bungkusan garang asem ke dalam kukusan yg telah dipanaskan
  5. Kukus sekitar 1 jam. Begitu dibuka udh pas matang nya. Ayam nya udh empuk
  6. Segeer banget lho garang asem nya. Gitu mateng langsung cepet2 nyendok nasi
