Bahan-bahan
- 1 ekor ayam kampung muda
- secukupnya Santan encer
- 10 btr bawang merah
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 5 btg sereh, digeprek
- 5 lbr daun salam
- 3 bh tomat hijau
- secukupnya Belimbing sayur
- 3 bh cabe keriting merah
- secukupnya Cabe rawit utuh
- secukupnya Garam, gula
- Kaldu bubuk (kalo pake)
- Daun pisang utk membungkus
Langkah
- Bersihkan ayam. Potong kecil2. Beri sedikit garam dan perasan jeruk. Diamkan 10 mnt. Bilas air bersih. Tiriskan
- Siapkan bumbu2. Bumbu cukup diiris2 kecuali cabe rawit. Bagi rata bumbu utk setiap bungkusnya
- Siapkan daun pisang yg sudah dibersihkan. Letakkan 1 lembar daun pisang, taro plastik kualitas baik diatasnya, tutup lagi dengan 1 lembar daun pisang. Taro daun salam, sereh, ayam, bumbu iris, irisan cabe dan rawit. Beri garam dan gula. Bungkus bentuk tum, tuang santan secukupnya. Semat dg lidi. Lakukan sampai selesai.
- Masukkan bungkusan garang asem ke dalam kukusan yg telah dipanaskan
- Kukus sekitar 1 jam. Begitu dibuka udh pas matang nya. Ayam nya udh empuk
- Segeer banget lho garang asem nya. Gitu mateng langsung cepet2 nyendok nasi
