Bahan-bahan
- 400 gram Tepung ketan
- 350 gram Gula pasir
- 250 gram Gula merah
- 100 ml Air
- 600 ml Santan kental
- 1 sendok teh garam
Langkah
- Rebus gula merah dengan 100 ml air hingga mencair, saring dan sisihkan
- Campur gula pasir, tepung ketan, dalam wajan kemudian masukkan santan beri garam. Aduk dengan wisk hingga rata dan halus serta tidak bergerindil
- Nyalakan kompor, masak dan aduk-aduk dengan sendok kayu, masukkan gula merah cair, aduk kembali hingga adonan kalis dan berat
- Kecilkan api, aduk terus hingga adonan licin dan berat (kurang lebih selama satu jam). Setelah itu matikan api. Tuang jenang dalam loyang dan ratakan. Potong-potong ketika sudah dingin
- Hasil kurang lebih 500 gram jenang
