Bahan-bahan
- 100 gr mie basah (sy mie telor,rebus sampai matang,tiriskan)
- segenggam tauge,seduh air panas,tiriskan
- 2 bh tahu pong (sy rebus dulu),potong²
- 1 bh (atau secukupnya) lontong,potong²
bahan kuah
- 500 ml air
- 3 siung bawang putih,geprek,cincang
- 2 batang seledri,iris halus
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- secukupnya garam & gula (silakan kalo mau pake penyedap)
pelengkap
- secukupnya bawang merah goreng
- secukupnya kerupuk gendar
- secukupnya sambal rawit (cabe rawit direbus lalu ulek)
Langkah
- Buat bahan kuah : rebus semua bahan sampai mendidih,cicipi rasanya,biarkan mendidih beberapa saat agar bumbu benar² menyerap ke kuahnya.
- Siapkan piring saji,tata mie,tauge,tahu & lontong,siram dengan kuah panas,taburi bawang merah goreng & tambahkan sambel rawit sesuai selera.
- Nikmati dengan kerupuk gendar😋 (boleh kerupuk apa saja kalo ngak pny gendar).
