Simpel Banget Resep Kue Talam Ubi Kuning
Bahan-bahan
Adonan A
- 1 buah Ubi Kuning kukus (ukuran besar)
- 70 gram Tepung Tapioka
- 30 gram Tepung Beras
- 170 ml Santan
- 100 gram Gula Pasir
- 1/2 sdt Garam
- Adonan B
- 175 ml Santan Kental
- 30 gram Tepung Beras
- 1 sdm Tepung Tapioka
- 3/4 sdt Garam
Langkah
- Aduk semua Adonan A hingga rata dan lembut, lalu saring
- Jika tidak mau saring menyaring, bisa diblender saat adonan setengah lembut
- Tuang Adonan A ke dalam cetakan yang telah diolesi minyak sayur. Lalu kukus adonan 10 menit
- Campur rata Adonan B, tuang ke dalam Adonan A yang telah dikukus sebelumnya. Kukus kembali selama 10 menit, tunggu hingga matang
