Bahan-bahan
- 1 Bungkus Asin Rebon
- 1 Papan Pete
- 2 Siung Bawang Putih
- 1 Batang Daun Bawang
- 9 Cabe Rawit Merah
- 7 Cabe Rawit ijo
- 2 sdm Bawang Goreng
- Secukupnya Garam
- Secukupnya Micin
- Sejuput Gula Putih
- Secukupnya Minyak untuk Menumis
Langkah
- Cuci Bersih Asin Rebon dan Tiriskan.
- Masak dengan sedikit minyak setelah agak kering dan berubah warna coklat keemasan angkat dan sisihkan.
- Geprek dan rajang bawang putih, iris pete jadi 4 bagian, iris iabe rawit, dan iris juga daun bawang.Sisihkan
- Tumis bawang putih dahulu sampai wangi.
- Masukkan bawang daun, cabe2 hingga agak layu.
- Lalu masukkan pete dan rebonnya aduk rata.
- Masukkan bumbu garam, micin, dan gula kemudian bawang goreng.
- Aduk rata tes rasa. Jika sudah tercampur dan rasanya pas.
- Angkat dan Sajikan...
