Resep Simple Onion Ring Crispy





Bahan:


  • 1-2 buah bawang bombay
  • 1 butir telur
  • 200 ml susu
  • 200 gram tepung
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • soda kue secukupnya


Cara membuat:


  1. Campur semua bahan (kecuali bawang bombay) dan aduk hingga rata. Potong bawang selebar 1/4 inci per helainya. Pisah-pisahkan hingga masing-masing potongan membentuk cincin. Rendam dalam air dingin selama 2 jam. Angkat. Keringkan dengan tisu makanan.
  2. Celupkan potongan bawang ke dalam adonan dan goreng hingga terendam dalam minyak panas. Saat bawang mulai berwarna kecokelatan, segera angkat dan tiriskan. Onion Rings Buttermilk pun siap dihidangkan.
