Resep Botok Ungkus Lamtoro



Bahan-bahan

  • 17 bungkus
  • 1 buah kelapa utuh (diparut)
  • 1 ons lamtoro/petai cina
  • 1 papan tempe
  • secukupnya gula
  • secukupnya garam




Bumbu halus

  • 15 biji cabe rawit (sesuai selera)
  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas kencur




Langkah


  1. Kukus tempe saampai matang, sisihkan
  2. Campur bumbu halus kedalam parutan kelapa, tempe kukus dan lamtoro.tes rasa, jika sudah pas langsung siapkan daun untuk membungkus
  3. Siapkan daun yang sudah dibersihkan dan bungkus botok, tuang ke dalam daun kira2 1-2 sdm
  4. Kukus botok kurleb 15-20 menit. angkat dan sajikan
  5. Selamat mencoba.
