Bahan-bahan
- 10 - 13 Buah
- 1 Buah singkong besar
- 1/2 Butir kelapa
- 1 Buah vanilli
- 6 Sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)
- secukupnya gula jawa (gula merah)
- secukupnya garam
- secukupnya daun pisang
Langkah
- Kupas singkong. Potong memanjang spy mudah ketika diparut. Cuci bersih bersama kelapa.
- Parut singkong dan kelapa dalam satu wadah. Kemudian aduk-aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Tambahkan garam, vanilli, gula merah dan gula pasir. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata. Cicipi sedikit. Jika manisnya sdh pas, siap dibungkus dg daun pisang. Kukus hingga matang.
- Tunggu lebih kurang 20 - 30 menit dan utri singkong siap dinikmati
