Bahan-bahan
- 250 gr Cumi/Sotong, potong cincin
- 1 bh Jeruk Nipis
- 1 siung Bawang Putih, parut
- 1 butir Putih Telur
- 2 sdm Air Es
- 5 sdm Terigu
- 3 sdm Tepung Sagu/Tapioka
- secukupnya Lada bubuk
- secukupnya Garam
Langkah
- Aduk rata putih telur dan air es, sisihkan
- Aduk rata Terigu, tapioka, lada bubuk, garam. Sisihkan
- Cuci bersih cumi/sotong, lumuri air jeruk nipis diamkan 10 menit, cuci kembali. Tiriskan
- Bumbui sotong/cumi dg bawang putih parut, garam dan lada, diamkan kembali slm 15 menit
- Celupkan cumi/sotong kedlm putih telur, lalu gulingkan ke adonan tepung. Masukkan lg kedalam putih telur dan gulingkan kembali ke adonan tepung, cubit2 agar tepung menempel rata, lakukan sampai habis
- Panaskan minyak, goreng cumi sampai matang kecoklatan (saya pakai api kecil).
- Angkat, sajikan
