Bahan-bahan
- 1/2 kg Udang
- 1 kg kerang
- 1/4 kg cumi
- 6 cabe merah
- 5 bawang putih
- 8 bawang merah
- 1 ruas lengkuas
- 1 ruas Jahe
- sesuai selera Cabe rawit
- Daun jeruk
- Bawang bombay
- 5 sdm saos sambal
- 1 sdm saos tiram
- Merica
- Garam
Langkah
- Cuci semua seafood beri jeruk nipis dan garam
- Rebus kerang dan beri garam, biarkan sampai kebuka cangkangnya
- Goreng udang dan cumi (gak usah lama" biar gak alot)
- Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali bawang bombay + daun jeruk
- Tumis bumbu dengan minyak sampai harum masukan bawnag bombay dan daun jeruk, beri air dan masukan saos tiram dan saos tomat koreksi rasa
- Masukan udang dan cumi dan kerang aduk" siap dihidangkan. bisa juga saosnya di tuamgkan diatas seafood sebelum dihidangkan
