Bahan-bahan
- 1/4 Tempe
- 4 Kacang panjang
- 1 lbr Daun salam
- 1 ruas Lengkoas
- 1 sdt Kecap manis
- 1/2 sdt Saori
- Minyak utk menggoreng
- Air secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
- 4 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- Garam, Gula
Langkah
- Goreng tempe sebentar, tiriskan
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan tempe, aduk.
- Masukkan air, lalu kacang panjang
- Beri garam, gula, kecap, dan saori, aduk rata. Tes rasa. Sajikan
