Keripik Kentang Balado Pedas







Bahan-bahan

  • 500 gram Kentang
  • 5 bh bawang merah
  • 2 bh bawang putih
  • 1 genggam cabe merah/rawit
  • 1 sdt terasi bakar
  • secukupnya Gula dan garam
  • 2 sdm saos sambal
  • secukupnya Asam Jawa
  • Kaldu jamur (optional)




Langkah

  1. Kupas kentang lalu potong tipis2 (saya pakai peeler). Cuci bersih 2-3 kali sampai air jernih.
  2. Goreng kentang dengan minyak yang banyak sampai kecoklatan. Tiriskan.
  3. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah/rawit, terasi, gula dan garam.
  4. Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai harum, tambahkan saos sambal. Cek rasa.
  5. Masukkan kentang yg sudah digoreng dalam tumisan bumbu. Aduk2 sampai rata. Angkat dan hidangkan.
