Bahan-bahan
- 400 Milliliter Santan (Santan kental)
- 10 Buah Cabai Keriting (Sesuai selera)
- 5 Siung Bawang Merah (Haluskan)
- 2 Siung Bawang Putih (Haluskan)
- 2 Buah Asam Kandis
- 1 Kilogram Daging Sapi (Potong sesuai selera)
- 1 Sendok Teh Penyedap Rasa (Secukupnya)
- 1 Batang Serai (Tumbuk serai)
- 1 Gelas Air
- 1 Ruas Jahe (Iris-iris jahe)
- 1 Sendok Teh Garam (Secukupnya)
Langkah-Langkah
- Giling bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabai keriting hingga halus. Tumis bumbu halus, jahe, serai, daun jeruk dan lengkuas hingga harum.
- Tambahkan daging sapi, aduk rata. Masukkan air dan santan, aduk perlahan sampai daging empuk. Aduk perlahan agar santan tidak hacur.
- Masukkan penyedap dan garam jika sudah mendidih. Angkat.
