Bahan
- 3 buah singkong (kupas, cuci bersih)
- Keju parut (secukupnya)
- Minyak goreng (secukupnya)
Bumbu
- Garam (secukupnya)
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar
- Kaldu ayam bubuk (jika suka)
- 3 siung bawang putih
Cara Membuat
- Rebus singkong hingga empuk dan matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
- Haluskan bumbu kemudian beri sedikit air.
- Celupkan singkong yang telah direbus ke dalam bumbu. Diamkan kira-kira selama 10 - 15 menit.
- Panaskan minyak, goreng singkong hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
- Angkat singkong yang telah matang, taburkan keju parut di atasnya.
- Singkong keju yang merekah, empuk dan gurih bikin nagih siap disajikan.
