Bahan-bahan :
Cara Membuat :
- 300 gram Cumi, bersihkan, potong kotak 3 cm, dikerat-kerat
- 200 gram Udang, dikerat punggungnya
- 5 buah Crub Stick, diiris 3 cm
- 100 gram Caisim, dibersihkan
- 150 gram tahu cina, dipotong kotak 2 cm
- 1 batang daun bawang, dipotong 1 cm
- 1000 ml Air kaldu
- Secukupnya minyak tuk menumis
- secukupnya bawang goreng tuk taburan
- 3 siung bawang putih, diiris halus
- 1 sendok teh lada bubuk
- 1/4 sendok teh pala bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
Cara Membuat :
- Langkah awalnya panaskan minyak goreng, lalu tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Angkat, sisihkan.
- Lalu didihkan air kaldu, tuang tumisan bumbu ke dalamnya, campurkan tahu, biarkan sampai mendidih.
- Sekarang masukkan cumi, udang, Crub Stick, dan Juga daun bawang.
- Masaklah hingga mendidih Juga matang. berilah caisim, aduk-aduk sebentar. cicipi, angkat.
